Mas grabe man!” (“It worsens!”)



I WAS blown away! – the way he answered those (nasty?) questions.

Yes, it could be nasty to some-- but, the truth is, there are talks getting stronger & stronger and louder & louder, of such cases found positive by the monitoring experts concerned of our plight in mi ciudad de Zamboanga after the two colossal crisis traumatized our citizenry in here, just very recently.

I meant really about last Thursday’s CMC briefing for its latest updates.

(In those updates, we knew also that CMC lowered or cut the curfew hours to 4 hours—from 12 midnight to 4am, as compared its previous pronouncement that saith from 10pm to 4am or a 6-hr., a dull for nite-life rendered in gloomy state).

CHO Dr. Rodel Agbulos managed well to parry my two-fisted queries-- nay, perhaps, or innocently unknowing its deep throat ill-effects if gone astray from their supposed well cordoned advocacy campaign
of such a malady to the public.

THE fly-by-nights’ deadly menace due to the sex trade indulged by these so-called ill-repute women in our society-- in-fact a filthy profession believeth as old as this planet Earth may have existed-- if unguarded, will even spread and balloon to an unimaginable and unmeasured quantum. And this a dangerous thread to treat.

BUT, I have nothing against Dr. Agbulos’ virtual dash for the exit(don’t be alarmed doc, figuratively speaking ste.), as far as the number of sexually-transmitted cases needed listed in their official records, are concerned.

Doc well recited all those known listed cases of ailments 
uncovered in certain crammed evacuation centers-- specifically at the JFE Grandstand sports complex along RT Lim Blvd, Baliwasan where the chunk of these huge evacuees can be found.

HE safely stated in their mere estimates, and simply based on speculations, but, at the same time, revealed  that one NGO monitoring such activities, confirmed positive cases of such sexually-transmitted diseases in some temporary shelters of these evacuees.

THE sectors are egging on for a more aggressive-- but with all the wisdom in it lest it’ll crash by itself--- motion from our local authorities whose own briefly endorsed mantle to the national leaders led by no less than Pres. Noynoy Aquino III, as the AFP Commander-In-Chief, they have retained back.

NOW, it looks like more mess-ups for them, and for even all of us in mi ciudad de Zamboanga, to put back everything here in its proper place.
BUT, this is easier said than done, as we consider the way we all see it, the mammoth woes lying ahead of all these.

Mas grabe man!, to borrow the strong slogan of one no nonsense local radio station here.
THAT’s one price we need to pay for our too being materialistic, worldly and fleshly and so physical, most if not all the time, to the point we set aside the most important component of our life—Spiritual Enlightenment!
THIS most neglected aspect in our life to help quench the thirst and feed the hunger of our hapless souls should even be everyone’s greatest clamor, greatest yearning & treat as our nonstop aspiring craving to bring us back to our very Creator who so loves us that he sent his only Begotten Son to redeem us back from being ruled forever by Satan Lucifer the Devil.

THAT’s where Mankind miserably fails and overlooks the importance of his soul to God.

Thanks for lending your ears a bit, for after all, this is for our own good-- as every human being cannot escape or avoid God’s Final Judgment in his last day.

I’m not scaring anyone, but this is our spiritual reality that we can’t simply ignore. Whether we believe it or not, it’ll happen to all of us, for death is one greatest equalizer that’ll come knocking at our doors one day—whether you’re on the rich or on the poor bracket-- side.

Each and every step in our life, is a step to eternity, as we don’t know when it’ll come to us, right?

PORESO, hustu’ ya el pusak, hustu ya el kurakut, hustu ya el corruption, el paka ladron, paka mataching diaton-- incluhido ya cunequellos kesellama hired killers o hired guns, puede ya, cay c continua, al gundia el ripintido atrasao ya cay na impierno ya el aton alma.

THERE are things that are unseen but they’re real my friend-- hell, heaven, the wind, our brain, the juice of the electricity we know and most important our souls. We don’t see them all with our naked eyes, but they’re so real and so existing right now in our midst.

IF only we ponder in this manner, surely peace, love and joy will reign in this world.

Nonetheless, let’s not all worry at all, for in the Book of Revelations of the Scriptures, the Father Almighty tells us all these-- including His promise: “The Law of Love will one day reign in this world. No more hatred among us, for the devil, our enemy who deceives us all, is forever vanquished.”

Beng distributes relief goods to Triplet fire victims

Mayor Beng Climaco on Wednesday afternoon spearheaded the distribution of relief goods to families displaced by the early dawn fire in Lemon Drive, Triplet, Barangay Canelar. Mayor Climaco, assisted by personnel from the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) personally handed over the relief goods to the 18 families whose houses were totally damaged by the conflagration. The distribution was held at the Canelar covered court. The relief goods included kitchen utensils, mats, canvas as well as rice, noodles and canned goods and other goods. Cash assistance will also be given to the displaced families as soon as assessment and validation by the CSWDO is done.
