What makes money a sin?

“WE love God because He first loved us.” God’s love for all mankind is beyond question, at all.

OUT of His love, God created us. And, when He found out such creation was His very own likeness, God considered us(mankind) as His masterpiece.

BUT, God was so disgusted when Adam and Eve, our first created parents, committed sin, as a result of the deceptive works of the devil.

BECAUSE of such temptation that made them disobedient to God’s will, they never heard from Him again— meaning Adam and Eve were totally separated from God’s grace.

BUT God never gave up on us, as he sent his only Begotten Son Jesus Christ to be our Redeemer/ our Savior.

THE Bible says: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16).

WE ALL need money, as who can ever live in this world without money nowadays? What makes us sinful is when we lust for money, and fall in love with it.

IT’s true that money is the root of all kinds of evil, and this is exactly being quoted from the Scripture itself: “The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.” (1Timothy 6:10).

WE need to suffer to prove whether we are gold or mere wood, hay or stubble. When we are genuine in the sight of God, that means we’re well tested in trials and in all persecutions. But, when merely wood, hay or stubble? Surely, we can’t endure the ‘fires’ that will visit our lives. Fires are those trials, temptations and persecutions that we go through in our lives.

THE Scripture says: “These trials will show that your faith is genuine.” ( 1 Peter 1:7)

TODAY is Sunday (Feb. 1) my brothers and sisters, and it’s sharing time! (30)
