(Enlightenment—Passage of the Day)

HOW hard it’s to enter the kingdom of God. Listen to this! “You can enter God’s kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.” ( Matthew 7: 13—14). Email: jayfeliciano2@yahoo.com

GOOD RESULT ON 1ST DAY OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SCHEME

IT appears good on the first day, Monday(March 20), of the city’s strict implementation of its one-way experimental traffic scheme for all the vehicles bound to and from the west-coast coming from the downtown section. And, let’s help our traffic law enforcers spearheaded by the ZCPO’S traffic section under C/Insp. Bert Sta. Theresa, to make its run as smooth-sailing as it can be, till it returns to its normalcy.

RIGHT now, the whole stretch of the city’s long and winding road( are there their national roads there, too?— only in ZC) going west, is gravely saturated with itsongoing construction works— particularly those of the ZCWD’s major pipe-laying project and the DPWH’s road-widening activities.

SO, keep cool folks, until everything is settled down out there in the west-coast. THE east-coast is better off—hence, no need to fix the unbroken, so to speak. What only makes us all wary is its MCLL highway that’s prone to road accidents. What we need to implement out there is the strict implementation of the LTO laws, especially its required wearingof the protective helmets by all motorists driving their single motorcycles along the highway roads bound for the east. This is being done for the good of the greater majority.

THE problem with us(Pinoys), we’re simply hard-headed, uncooperative and nonchalantly complacent.Akelbadolnuaykeber.. Let’s get rid of those negatives in us!

TALON2 FOLKS HOWL COMPLAINT VS. ZAMCELCO

THERE’S this revolting complaint by residents somewhere in Brgy. Talon-Talon(LogoyDiutay) against Zamcelco’s failure to address their long desire to have its own old electric wooden post be either replaced or strengthened its base to cure its slanted posting, and prevent it from toppling down.

WORSE, the said light post, for many times, suffers its usual faulty electrical wiring, especially during rainy days, according to concerned folks living in the area.

They grumble that Zamcelco’s dispatched troubleshooters when sent there upon their complaints, merely douse it with water to snap the flame, then left. After a few days, the same problem recurs, according to them.

“Llama, llama kame naZamcelco para componeyacuneseembuenamenta, cay baka man kema pa kame ki, perohindesila ta contesta. Ring ki ring langdiila telephone,” they growled.

Na, ese bakta ta abla. Zamcelcoooo! Please, do something with some of your lousy troubleshooters. They’re the ones tarnishing Zamcelco’s good image.

Can we do this, GM Ed Ancheta, or Prexy Omar Sahi?

I expect a good feedback from them(affected folks), in the days to come. That means, no more complaint such as this. If no good result on the matter, then I lose my faith in Zamcelco. Man banatyakitacanila, nonstop. I don’t care who gets hurt. Nuaypersonalanki, na issue langkita. (By Jun Feliciano) (30)
