(Sharing Time) GOD’S last enemy to conquer is death

PDFPrintE-mail

GOD’s last enemy is death. God has vowed to conquer death so he can realize his original plan for mankind, and that’s to infuse in them his glorification. When we are glorified by God, through obedience to what he says, that means do his will only, then death can’t triumph over us, anymore.

GOD’s original plan, however, was aborted by Satan, Lucifer the devil when he won over our first created parents Adam and Eve in their greatest battle in the spirit down here on the earth, after Lucifer’s failed coup de tat against God in heaven.

To briefly recount  you, my dear avid readers about how God’s former Archangel Lucifer(Angel of Light) waged the war in heaven as he became so ambitious and so obsessed to take over the throne of God in heaven, the conflict in heaven was the first ever war that came about in the spirit, and even cascaded down to all God’s dominions here on the earth even up to this present generation and all the next generations to come. “And there was war in heaven:Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought the angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found anymore in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” REVELATION 12: 7-9).

IT even looked hopelessly without any end, until God finally sent his only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, hailed as mankind’s Savior, so as to enable God regain back his original plan for all of us, human beings, made all unto his own very likeness. Because God is a Spirit through his own words, came Jesus Christ who is God’s word made flesh and dwelt among us, so as mankind who by nature, most if not all, believe only in what they can see with their naked eyes, and hardly believe in what they don’t see at all. Hence, “IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD AND THE WORD WAS GOD.. AND THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH AND DWELT AMONG US.”(JOHN 1:1-2; 14).

JESUS CHRIST, the only Begotten Son of God, was sent into our world to serve as our own role model, both in the physical and in the spiritual. This is why he was bold to tell all the people who were always following him wherever he went while sent downhere on Earthin his short stint with humans more than 2,000 years ago, “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE CAN COME TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.”(JOHN 14:6-7) In short, Jesus is the door towards our own Eternal Salvation. Unless we become like him, as he came down here to serve as our model for our own eternal salvation, we can’t enter the glory of God where there’s no more death, no more pain and no more tears nor sufferings to bear, at all.

THESE are some of the many verses revealed in the Holy Scriptures that describe about the glory of God:

“WHILE HE WAS STILL SPEAKING, A BRIGHT CLOUD OVERSHADOWED THEM, AND BEHOLD A VOICE OUT OF THE CLOUD SAID, “THIS IS MY BELOVED SON, WITH WHOM I AM WELL-PLEASED, LISTEN TO HIM!” (MATTHEW 17:5); “NOW ABOVE THE EXPANSE THAT WAS OVER THEIR HEADS, THERE WAS SOMETHING RESEMBLING A THRONE, LIKE LAPIS LAZULI IN APPEARANCE; AND ON THAT WHICH RESEMBLED A THRONE, HIGH UP, WAS A FIGURE WITH THE APPEARANCE OF A MAN. THEN I NOTICED FROM THE APPEARANCE OF HIS LOINS AND UPWARD SOMETHING LIKE A GLOWING METAL THAT LOOKED LIKE FIRE AROUND WITHIN IT, AND FROM THE APPEARANCE OF HIS LOINS AND DOWNWARD I SAW SOMETHING LIKE FIRE; AND THERE WAS A RADIANCE AROUND HIM. AS THE APPEARANCE OF THE RAINBOW IN THE CLOUD ON A RAINY DAY, SO WAS THE APPEARANCE OF THE SURROUNDING RADIANCE. SUCH WAS THE APPEARANCE OF THE LIKENESS OF THE GLORY OF THE LORD. AND WHEN I SAW IT, I FELL ON MY FACE AND HEARD A VOICE SPEAKING.” EZEKIEL 1:26-28).
