In answer to the dirty tactics the rumor mongering opposition in Baliwasan, Cap Aimie yesterday unleashed two of a series of deadly blows.

One was on a one-on-one scenario with the pretender of an opponent during a radio/internet interview Bong Bue hosted.

Second was in a rally in a well-attended last night in Baliwasan Interior.

Today, feelers swarmed in from their camp calling for a respite.

SS has yet to meet with Aimie and Boday on the matter. But advancing my position on the matter, the retaliation goes on. it was discovered they have treacherously been stabbing our backs for the last three days.

Ya mete, pues hay hede (They have messed things up, they will then stink), no matter who get hurt in the process. SS refers to two elderlies who have since retired from politics. Sorry, but for SS, the battle is on.

The Tausugs of Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi presented the other day options that will consider the right of provinces to freely choose whether they will join the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) proposed region or not.

Now, that is a grand revelation worthy of sizing up.

Dubbed as "The Bangsamoro Sug Consensus ZamBaSulta, 'A people of significance'," the gathering/forum was held at the Convention Center Garden Orchid Hotel attended by more less 2,000 people from ulama/other faiths, local government units, Sultans, academe,  youth, women, professionals, business, and other different sectors/communities

The  forum we were told, was hosted by  Datu Shahbandar Abdusakur M. Tan, former Governor of Sulu now the Special Envoy and Spokesman of the Sultanate of Sulu

Incoming Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, at the instance of Pres. Duterte, is set to stop perceived corruption in the agency she is about to head.

Puyat was an Agriculture undersecretary, where she has been serving for 12 years.

Her appointment came after Wanda Tulfo-Teo resigned from her post over the placement of P60 million-advertisement of the department on her brothers’ TV show Kilos Pronto.

She said her new position is simply a continuation of her work at the DA where she promoted agri-tourism and food tourism in the Philippines.

She quoted the President as saying he believes that “a great way to promote a place is through their food.”

The looming tiger ala-de Lima mode, Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno reported back for work on Wednesday, two days before Supreme Court justices are to vote on the quo warranto case filed against her by the Solicitor General.

The Supreme Court (SC) en banc had earlier forced her to go on an indefinite leave of absence over a month ago.

Reporting back two days before the high court rules on her fate, she sure does have guts, considering that from 8 to 11 magistrates have reportedly affixed their signature to send her to the gallows.

Now, that is rare bravadura. (By Jimmy Cabato)
