Paranoia

PDFPrintE-mail

I can’t bear the sight of that manger
By the fireplace

Nor that Cinderella dancing with
The Prince

Definitely this palace isn’t the right
Place for such worthless relics

Take them to the garbage dumpsite
Together with those rotting fairy tales

Don’t leave the parables and fables
Behind

And that termite infested cross
At that mothballed altar

Take it out
It gives me nightmares

Of course, that testament about INRI
Must also go

It’s the biggest threat
To my ego

Now I can sleep
In peace with my crown
Permanently nailed to my caprice
