Myrna’s bakeshop latest victim of burglars

Unidentified burglars robbed a store selling cakes and pastries along San Jose Road, Barangay San Jose Cawa-Cawa, this city, last Saturday.

The complainant, Moses Al Simbajon, 42, married, of Barangay Pasonanca, reported to Police Station 11 that at about 6:30 a.m., he discovered the robbery incident at the Myrna’s Bakeshop.

He averred that more or less P38,000 worth of store properties were discovered missing and believed to have been carted away by the suspects.

Initial investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigation Section of Police Station 11 showed that the suspects destroyed the padlock of the gate to gain access inside the store.

The suspects carted away approximately P30,000 cash, AVR worth more or less P5,000, and a Samsung cellular phone worth P3,000.

A follow-up investigation is being conducted by the police to identify the suspects for their possible arrest.
