Rodrigo Pagotaisidro, Public Service Officer IV of the OCENR said the campaign will be a joint effort of the OCENR, General Service Office, City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), police authorities, City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), barangays concerned and other volunteers and participating sectors.

Aside from river clean-up, the police and CSWDO will also round up rugby boys lurking the streets.
